SBI Clerk 2019 Syllabus & Exam Pattern

SBI Clerk 2019 will be conducted in two stages – Preliminary and Main. It is followed by documents verification and language proficiency test for the languages opted by the candidates. Currently, SBI Clerk 2019 preliminary exam is scheduled for June 2019 (tentatively).

The exam comprises multiple choice questions (MCQs) and will be held in online mode. The duration of preliminary exam is 1 hour whereas the duration of main exam is 2 hours 40 minutes. The exam pattern of SBI Clerk exam is same as that of last year exam.

Candidates who can produce their 10th and 12th result need not give local language test whereas, others need to qualify the same before the joining. Those who do not qualify for the language test will be disqualified.

Exam Pattern of SBI Clerk Prelims 2019:

The selection process will consist of an on-line test (Phase I – preliminary & Phase – II main examination) and test of specialized opted local language (if applicable).

Here we will mainly focus on Preliminary Examination:

Phase-I (Preliminary Examination): There are 3 sections in the exam – Reasoning Ability, English Language and Numeric Ability. The time span of all the sections is 20 minutes each. The marks obtained in preliminary exam are just the qualifying marks for the main exam, it does not offer any type of employment.
