IBPS RRB 2019 Dates Application form, Eligibility, Pattern

IBPS RRB 2019 will be organized in the month of September 2019 for the recruitment of Group “A”- Officers (Scale-I, II &III) and Group “B” Office Helpers (Multipurpose) in various regional and rural Banks. The Online registration process for IBPS RRB 2019 will begin probably from June 2019 onwards. Interested and eligible candidates can apply as per scheduled date. IBPS RRB 2019 Application Form Details

Aspirants can apply for both Office Assistant (Multipurpose) andOfficer Posts. They can only apply for single post in officer’s cadre.Candidate need to fill separate application form in case applying for bothposts.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Nationality: The candidates must be a citizen of any of the following country Nepal, Bhutan, India, Neighboring countries like Pakistan. The candidate can also be an immigrant of Tibet.
  • Educational Qualification: The candidates should have Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university. Eligibility criteria are different for the different post and some of the post required experience.

Age criteria and relaxation: The Age criteria are different for different designation as
18-28 years – Office Assistant (Multi-tasking staff)
18-30 years – Scale I Officer
21-32 years – Scale II Officer
21-40 years – Scale III Officer

Selection Process

First step: Preliminary Examination

  • For the posts of Officers Scale I and Office Assistants (Multipurpose) candidates will have to appear for the Preliminary Examination.
  • Candidates also have to qualify in both the Tests by securing minimum cut-off marks.
  • Candidates in each category will be shortlisted for Online Main Examination depending upon requirements.

Second step: Main Examination

  • Only those candidates will appear for the Mains Examination who will qualify the Preliminary Examination.
  • The Mains Examination for Officers and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) will be of 200 marks.
  • Candidates will be provided provisional allotment only those who apply for the post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose).
  • Candidates qualifying the Mains Examination will be called for the Interview, for the post of Officers Scale I.

Single Online Examination

  • Candidates will appear for a single online examination those applying for Scale II (Generalist and Specialists) and Scale III.
  • Shortlisted candidates in the single examination will subsequently be called for a Common Interview.

Third step: Interview (for officer post only)

  • The minimum qualifying marks in interview will not be less than 40% for general candidates and 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates.

Admit Card

  • The admit card will release online on the official website.
  • Admit card applicants should enter their registration number/DOB to download.
  • It is an important document containing details like date and time of the examination, venue and roll number etc.
  • On the day of the exam, candidates will be asked to show their admit card at the examination center.
  • Candidate will not be permitted to enter in the examination hall, without a valid admit card.

Result

  • After one month from completion of the entrance test, the authority will release the result online at the official portal.
  • Candidates, who will qualify the exam, will be further invited to appear in the interview round.

Cut Off

  • In order to get qualified for the interview, all candidates are required to score minimum 40% marks.
  • While SC/ST category needs to obtain minimum 35% marks.
  • Candidates that have scored the minimum qualifying marks in the written test can download the Interview letter from the official website of respective authority.
