WBJEE

West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination or the WBJEE is a state-government controlled test, directed by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board for registering themselves to numerous private and government medical and engineering institutions of West Bengal. The test is for the students of pure science streams who have cleared the 12th grade. The subjects tested in the examinations are Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics. The student needs to register their form online. You can choose any language from Hindi, English & Bengali for the exam. WBJEE is a very important exam for the students of class 12 because from the WBJEE exam there are various scopes of getting admission into the B.Tech. and Medical Courses at colleges in West Bengal where admission is offered only through WBJEE results.

Age: The students who are eligible for the exam must be between 17- 25 years old.

  • The student must have 45 % marks in physics and mathematics along with any one of Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Application in 12th
  • The student must have 30 % marks in English in 12th

AIEEE

All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) is an examination organised by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in India. This national level competitive exam is conducted for admission to various undergraduate and architecture courses. The exams are conducted both online and offline mode. Students are given rank on All India basis & state basis.

Eligibility:

  • Candidate must have passed 10+2 Grade or an equivalent exam from a recognized board in India.
  • General category candidates should have 50% aggregate marks.
  • SC/ST/OBC/PH category candidates should have 40% aggregate marks.
  • A student can attempt the entrance examination consecutively for a maximum of three years.

Paper 2: Mathematics, Drawing, Aptitude

NOTE:

  • Each section comprises of multiple choice objective-type questions each of which has four choices.
  • Out of the four choices for a given question, only one choice is correct.
  • Each correct will be awarded 3 marks
  • Paper 1 has a negative-marking scheme wherein a wrong answer is negatively marked with one fourth of the maximum marks allotted to the question.
  • There is no negative marking applied if the question is left unanswered.
  • Students are not allowed to carry calculators, logarithmic table or electronic devices in the examination hall.

NEET

The National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test or NEET is an entrance examination in India, for the students who wish to study graduate and post graduate medical course & dental course. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will be responsible for conducting NEET examinations from 2019 onwards. As per the decisions are given out by the NTA, JEE Main 2019 and NEET 2019 will be conducted twice a year and only in the online mode.
